Hi, I'm Nick Lonzar,

Director and Founder of The Advocacy. I started this business after working in the real estate industry as a sales agent for many years. During this time, I noticed a significant gap in service and care for buyers.

As a sales agent, I ran many auctions and private treaty sales campaigns and quickly realised that buyers needed more help. Not only did they require more care and attention on a basic service level, but they also needed serious assistance due to the competitive nature of the industry.

At The Advocacy, we believe buying property should be accessible to everyone, not just a select few. Our aim is to break down any barriers and free up any roadblocks that you may face in your buying journey.

Personally, I have been a property buyer, seller, investor, homeowner, and renovator. I am a fully licensed residential builder and have years of experience working alongside elite-level sales agents in the inner city ring of Brisbane's real estate market.

I have used the services of a real estate agent multiple times on both ends of the transaction (buying and selling). My goal is to create a buying consultancy business that makes buying property smooth, efficient, enjoyable, profitable, and rewarding for my clients.

My past clients, or buyers who have held onto their assets, are now significantly better off financially because they trusted us with their buying choices. The relationships we build along the way are priceless and are a significant part of why I love helping people buy property.
