We have a network of the best contractors, such as Photographers, Video and media creators, Marketing copywriters, Stylists, interior designers, trades, and services that may be needed to get the home “Sale-Ready.” We can help you organise all of this.
We also know who the best Sales Agents in your area are. We can take the stress out of the selection process by screening each agent on your behalf and handling some of the more challenging conversations. We will also assist with monitoring the campaign's success and offer suggestions to help improve or accelerate things in your favour.
The Selected Sales Agent will be in charge of and responsible for the Sales campaign; we are on board to assist with the management of the pre-sales services, Agent selection process, and media creation (if required) and act as a sounding board and third-party subject matter expert to help you make the best possible decisions.
We will help with the Settlement and handover process where needed. We will also be able to deal directly with the sales agent for you throughout the entire sales process.
This Service works well for busy professionals, Investors or owners who are interstate or unable to be present during the sales campaign.
